Making an appointment after purchasing a product in store:
Is the item you want not available in store? You can order it and have it delivered directly to the store of your choice. When the product is available, you will receive an SMS to schedule a pickup appointment directly from the selected store.
Making an appointment after purchasing a product online (website or mobile app):
When purchasing on our website or mobile app, the in-store pickup feature will be offered if the selected product is eligible.
If the product is eligible, the "in-store pickup" option will be displayed on the selected product page.
Once in your shopping cart, select the store of your choice, as well as the pickup date and time. Before paying, you will receive an SMS to confirm your order number, the store, and the pickup date and time.
If necessary, you can find this option in the customer area, under the "Orders and Returns" tab.
/!\ Marketplace products (not sold by Leroy Merlin) are not eligible for in-store pickup.
